To track your order you can either select Track Order from our menu or go to “My Account”, then type your order number and email address.
You should also have received an email with updates on your tracking information.
We deliver our orders all over India.
Usually it takes 1-2 days to dispatch the order and 4-5 days for us to deliver your orders. If your order has not reached you post the delivery window, you may contact our customer care at info@fiorajewels.in.
Yes, it is possible to change your contact details only if the order hasn’t been shipped. To do the same, contact us at info@fiorajewels.in.
We usually run a quality check in advance but in case you have faced any issue, we would love to solve it for you. The first step is to contact the customer care at info@fiorajewels.in and inform them about the same. They will guide you ahead.

Unfortunately, you can not change your order. You would be required to cancel the order and place a new one.
Absolutely, we ensure a safe shopping experience. All the contact and shipping details that you share with us are confidential and extremely safe.
This normally doesn’t happen because we run a quality check before sending anything to you. If it has happened to you we will replace the items and send you what you had ordered. You just have to request a replacement or return by contacting us on info@fiorajewels.in

We do not accept returns on orders. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange it for you.

Yes, if it falls under the category of exchangeable items, you can exchange it. You will need to email us at info@fiorajewels.in with your order number and our customer care team will assist you.
Yes, you may cancel an order if it hasn’t been shipped or dispatched.
The period for raising an exchange request is within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We usually send someone to pick your order within 1-2 business days from the day we accept your request for return.
My Account
To reset your password, click Lost option. Enter your registered email address or username and click on Reset Password. You will receive password reset request on your registered email address. Click on reset your password and you will be redirected to your Fiora website to create your new password. Your new password will then be used to log-in.
To change the settings of your account, go to account details from My Account and choose whatever you want to change.
